Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By buying tickets for the Enchanted House you and all the people in your group are agreeing to comply with our Terms and Conditions.
The Enchanted House is a parent/ child-carer supervised experience. All children must be accompanied by an adult and must remain under that adult/s supervision at all times. No children will be allowed to go around the House, or enter any of its rooms on their own. The welfare and safety of all children therefore remain the full responsibility of the parent/designated child-carer and not the Enchanted House staff.
TICKETS
The Enchanted House is designed specifically for children from 18 months to under the age of 8 years.
If you bring a child who 8 years old or over, you will still need to buy a ticket for them. They then will be granted observer status as the activities and show are designed for children from 18 months and under the age of 8 years. However, they can help the younger members of their group. They will see Santa with their group but, like the adults, they will not receive a present. Proof of age may be asked for.
Each booking must be made by someone over 18 years of age
There must be at least one adult over the age of 18 years old and at least one child under the age of 8 for each booking.
Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old. In other words, no unaccompanied children will be allowed entry into The Enchanted Christmas House.
When purchasing your tickets please select anyone aged 8 years old and over as an adult.
Please note that only children between the ages of 18 months and under the age of 8 years will receive a gift from Santa Claus. Infants under 18 months of age are free and will not receive a present from Santa and will not participate in the structured activities. Please bring baby food as this will not be provided.
There are a maximum number of 7 children per booking.
There must be no more than 8 people per booking.
We regret that under no circumstances can tickets by refunded or transferred. In this way The Enchanted House acts just like a theatre. If however for any reason the day you have booked tickets cannot run, we will offer you a full refund or an alternative day.
Confirmation of your booking with us
Tickets purchased via our booking agent or over the phone with The Enchanted House will be confirmed with an email confirmation including a booking reference number. You must print out this confirmation and bring it with you on the day of your visit.
Cost of Tickets
From time to time, we may change cost of tickets, but this will not affect tickets already bought.
Entry to the House
We regret that you will not be able to enter the Enchanted House if you do not bring a print out of your booking confirmation with you. Late entry will mean that you/your guests/ your group members will miss out on some of the activities. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if we believe their behavior is adversely affecting the pleasure of our other guests. We can refuse entry on a similar basis.
Activities
Due to unforeseen circumstances ,whilst always ensuring a rich range of activities ,we have the right to change the nature of the activities e.g. if for example snowball throwing, or face painting were not possible one day we would substitute for another activity or increase the number of small free gifts in the interactive play.
Personalised Santa Claus Visits
All personalized Santa Claus Questionnaires have to be returned to us at least 5 days before visiting the Enchanted Christmas House. If you choose to take over three children to santa we cannot guarantee conversation about personalised information
Special Requirements
It is your responsibility to contact us to inform us at the time of booking of any dietary requirements or disabilities. We will do our utmost to cater for these requirements.
Photos/Filming
Do bring your camera with you. All areas of the House can be filmed or photographed as long as you take pictures of your own child and not other children. Please note that any photos, films you take can only be for personal not commercial use.
Occasionally we may photograph or film an Enchanted House tour to use in our publicity. If you have objections please let us know at the beginning of your tour

Cancellation/postponement
Due to very unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel a house tour. In the event of this, you can choose between a full refund and another date/time. (subject to availability) In the unlikely event of a postponing or cancelling we will not be liable for any travel costs or other loss incurred by you or your guests.
Complaints
Please be assured that we have years of experience of running top quality events in our award-winning venue. If however, you have a complaint please inform a member of staff on the day who will try their utmost to resolve the matter. If you are still unhappy please email us on info@enchantedhouse.netwithin a week of your visit. We regret that we cannot deal with complaints outside of this timeframe.
Liability
We will not be liable for any injuries, loss of personal possessions, other losses or damage or any kind. This is due to the fact that all children are under the supervision or parents/ child carers at all times.
We will not be liable or responsible for cancellation due to an event outside our control e.g. severe weather conditions, fire, flood, terrorist attack, and unexpected black out, electricity failure. If this happens, we will attempt to provide an alternative visiting time for you but this cannot be guaranteed.
